The suitable candidate will have proven experience of -
* Working within a busy IT Service Desk
* 1st/ 2nd line support
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working within an ITIL environment
* Have experience of working with a wide variety of technologies including Document Management Systems, Digital Dictation Systems etc
* Windows 7, 8 and 10
* Office 2003-2013
* Telephony systems
* Mobile Support including Blackberry
* Document management systems
* Active Directory
