This role will be perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1-4 years exerpeice of Biomedical Engineering or IT support. NHS and/or healthcare application support experience is essential.
This position is responsible for providing remote systems support and maintenance for mission-critical Cardiology imaging and workflow systems that are deployed at customer facilities around the world.
As a member of the support team, the Remote Support Agent provides support, travels to sites to calibrate the Schiller units, service haemo equipment and assists with general workflow/application issues.
You will receive world-class training in IT Support, and will work in a team that provide a superb level of support to customers (clinicians and IT professionals).
Key skils for this role are; having first class communication skills, enjoying problem solving and helping people to troubleshoot issues, Biomedical Engineering (Cardiology/Heamo devices) and/or having some experience of IT and application support in the NHS or wider healthcare sector.
