Contract: £80 - £110
iO Associates have just registered a new opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join this market leading organisation based in Swindon on a contract basis.
The suitable candidate will have proven experience of -
* Working within a busy IT Service Desk
* 1st/ 2nd line support
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working within an ITIL environment
* Have experience of working with a wide variety of technologies including Document Management Systems, Digital Dictation Systems etc
* Windows 7, 8 and 10
* Office 2003-2013
* Telephony systems
* Document management systems
* Active Directory
