1st Line Support Analyst
Salary: £20k-£30k dependant on experience
As the 1st Line Team Analyst you will be responsible for incident and problem analysis and resolution on a varied application stack. You will ensure that the required actions are completed in line with SLA targets to enable business operations to function smoothly.
·Provide application support to users in response to Incidents, Requests, Events and Problems
·Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of applications
·Work with partner organisations, sharing knowledge and information to resolve incidents and problems that span organisational boundaries
What we need from you:
·A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the relevant experience
·Direct user support role for IBM integration products
·Qualification in ITIL Service Management methodology
·Possess or be able to obtain a UK SC clearance or higher
