iO Associates are looking for an experienced 1st line support engineer to join a global financial services help desk based in London.
What will the position entail?
·Provide telephone and desktop support to all users across the UK and Europe.
·Work with various teams and departments offering the highest quality IT service management
·1st Line support
What we need from you?
·6 months to 1 year experience in a 1st line IT support position
·Excellent communication skills
·Experience using Microsoft technologies
·An eagerness to learn!
