1st Line Support Engineer
Type: Contract - 6 months
iO associates have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a network help desk in Surrey.
What do we need from you?
·Proven experience in 1st line support
·Excellent customer facing skills, by telephone, email and in person.
·Ability to perform under pressure in an autonomous and team environment.
·Innovative problem solving skills.
·Knowledge of PC & Embedded hardware, Windows Systems, Microsoft Office, and TCP/IP networking.
