iO Associates are looking for a strong 2nd line support IT technician to join their team in Bristol.
The 2nd Line Team Analyst is responsible for incident and problem analysis and resolution on a varied application stack and engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
We are looking for someone with the following requirements:
-Qualification in ITIL Service Management methodology
-Demonstrate experience in the use of XML / XSLT
-Proven experience in 2nd Line support
-Ideally previous experience supporting IBM integration products
-Eligible for SC clearance
