2nd line Support / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst
As a Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of the IT team within the Transformation Department. You will be proactive in supporting the team in 2nd Line Support and enabling growth whilst ensuring reliable and efficient day to day system operations.
- Provide technical support across all users across the Business
- Manage the resolution of Service Desk tickets within a timely manner.
- You will be expected to provide 1st and 2nd line support
- You will have the ability to resolve complex tickets
- Manage and maintain the IT Asset Management system
- A flexible self-starter
- Capable of working in a highly demanding team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills & communication skills
- Experience with Windows and 7 and 10
- Experience with Active Directory
- Customer orientated
- Able to fix issues in a timely manner
- Able to contribute to the continual improvement of the service desk
