2nd Line Support
iO Associates have just registered a new opportunity for a 2nd line support engineer to join this international organisation based in Bristol. As the 2nd line support engineer you will be involved in the day to day support of the UK and International office, including maintenance of all user end equipment.
As the 2nd line support engineer you will be working in a varied position providing technical support, assistance and expertise to all internal users.
The 2nd line engineer will offer experience in:
·Windows Update Server (WSUS)
·Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
·Windows Server 2003/08/12
·Experience of ITIL
·An understanding of SLA/OLA
·Good understanding of Citrix
In-depth knowledge of a majority of the following technical areas:
·MCDST Microsoft certified desktop support technician.
·NVQ level2 or above in a relevant area.
·MCTS: Windows 7.
·MCTS: server 2012 R2
·CCNA Cisco networking
