iO Associates are working with an explosively growing technology company based in Central Bristol. They are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to assist in their continued growth.

Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + market-leading benefits
In this role you will handle escalations from first line support, providing an excellent level of customer support.
As the company continues to grow, you will be involved in small to medium-sized projects as required by the IT Support Manager.
This role will involve working with:
* Office 365
* Azure AD
Requirements: Proven experience in a second line role. Experience in all the above technology isn't needed. Rather, this company is looking for someone who learns new technology quickly.
