iO Associates are currently recruiting for a one of fastest growing companies in the Financial sector. They are experiencing significant growth in their customer base across a number of countries and need motivated people to help them to expand.
The role will require you to work around 60% technical and 40% management, you will initially lead a team of 2 working on team training and documentation whilst reviewing KPI and SLA targets. You will have the opportunity to improve the way the service desk is designed and managed by the company and by clients.
What do we need from you?
·Previous experience in a Service Desk role providing support for telephone handsets, desktop PCs, laptops and more...
·Efficient and effective communication to all customers and end users
·Experience of setting up and managing desktop and Intel based hardware
·Active Directory Administration
