We are loking for excellent 3rd line support/ systems engineers. Our client, are looking for a systems engineer/ 3rd line support engineer to join this fast based insurance organisation.
As the systems engineer you will be expected to have a detailed understanding of infrastructure and the relevant technologies supported.
You will be providing 3rd line technical support and be able to effectively identify and resolve issues in a time efficient way.

To be successful in this role you will have experience working in an ITIL environment and a clear understanding of SLAs and OLAs.
