Application / Software Support Analyst
IT SUPPORT. An Application Support Analyst is required for iO's market leading Financial Services client based in Swindon. If you offer 2 years' experience within an IT support role this could be the ideal next position for you.
As the Application Support Analyst, you will be working in a fast moving and enthusiastic team of technical experts. The Support Analyst will be based within the service desk team and will work on the basis of a shift rota.
Responsibilities will include:
* 1st and 2nd line support
* Managing and responding to tickets logged
* Managing the resolution of incidents
* Escalating tickets
* Monitoring system availability
* Proven experience within an Application Support role
