Application Support Analyst
Salary: Dependant on experience
As an Applications Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT team within the Transformation Department in order to enable growth whilst ensuring reliable and efficient day to day system operations.
- Manage the resolution of business applications Service Desk tickets
- You will be expected to provide 2nd line application support
- Engaging with 3rd party vendors and support partners as necessary to expedite a resolution, ensuring critical tickets are prioritised appropriately.
- You will be a flexible self-starter
- You will have demonstrable experience in supporting the resolution of complex and technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientated
- Previous experience in Application Support
