My client is a leading Insurance organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Support Analyst to join a top-tier provider that is highly regarded in the industry. Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 3 years supporting Policy and Pricing applications within SQL, T-SQL exposure and 2nd/3rd line exposure.
* Prove 2nd and 3rd line technical support to users globally
* Proactively monitor system usage and performance, highlighting any data issues and implementing appropriate resolutions
* Gather enhancement requirements and provide appropriate solutions
* Provide expertise and support to projects and enhancements to ensure successful delivery
* 3+ years of supporting applications in SQL Server
* Experience in a 2nd / 3rd line role
* Working knowledge of T-SQL querying
* Experience supporting Policy and Pricing Applications
