iO Associates is delighted to be partnered with a prestigious insurance company based in London in their search for a Business Analyst. You will be improving business efficiency and processes through the enhancement and implementation of applications. This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to work in a highly regarded industry provider.
·Gathering functional and non-functional requirements for all IT systems within the business
·Performing workflow analysis both on project and BAU processes as required
·Providing system-related training to internal and external parties
·Assisting 3rd party vendors with the identification, analysis and solution of issues within Systems and Solutions
Required Qualifications and Skills
·Experience and detailed knowledge of insurance systems, particularly Open Co+/Xuber
·Ability to perform both within an Agile and Waterfall project environment
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Change Framework Dev Ops tools and SharePoint 2013 and above
·Experience within the London specialty insurance market
·Experience in Project Management is desirable but not essential
