The purpose of the role will be to deliver exceptional customer service ensuring efficient management of the delivery process. You will be working on a variety of claims and providing support to the Personal Claims Consultants. This is a fantastic developmental opportunity to join this supportive and inclusive team offering a varied and interesting workload.
·Liase with Claims Investigators, Builders and Remedial Works Contractors
·Monitor progress of claims
·Ensure claims are delivered in a timely manner
·Provide customer support
·Act as main point of contact to customers
·Demonstrable experience within a customer service environment
·Excellent attention to detail
·Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
·Strong negotiation skills
·Qualified to degree level or equivalent
