Customer Service Helpdesk Consultant | Permanent | Leeds
iO Associates are looking for a Helpdesk Consultant required by boutique consultancy based in Leeds. The main purpose of this role is to provide support in setting up and managing all aspects of the help desk support. The successful candidate must be highly organised, able to take on a lot of information, and have excellent phone etiquette. Previous experience in a role that involves Data Protection is advantageous.
·Assisting with setting up the support desk and managing all the inbound customers support queries and all Bronze, silver and DPO contracts.
·Setting up any new FAQ templates- building up existing library to respond to customer support queries via email, telephone via the support desk.
·To log, handle, and respond to inbound customer support queries in a timely and professional manner seeking appropriate guidance if required
·Updating sales force ticket systems with support queries and managing the tickets until they are resolved
·Assisting in migrating all bronze, silver to helpdesk-remote support by beginning of May
·Respond to both emails and customer calls in a timely professional manner at all times.
·Managing the initial kick off meeting for new contracts for Bronze, Silver and some DPO contracts via Skype
·Any other duties disseminated from the Support Manager to assist in managing a successful, professional support helpdesk.
We are looking for someone who has ideally worked in either a call centre, secretary or receptionist position who has confident phone skills and strong administration capabilities.
