·To support predictive analytics: data manipulation, text mining, finding out all influencing factors and prioritising them, statistical analysis, forecasting and modelling.
·Complete complex data analyst with a variety of purposes for the business, including increasing knowledge on the operation or customers, reviewing marketing campaigns with recommendations for improvements
·To perform adhoc analysis of data in order to find the root cause of problems. Including thinking of new, inventive ways of using currently available data to answer new questions
·To audit internal processes to ensure quality and to validate whether data is fit for purpose
·To update, distribute and create new MI reports for the management team, including identifying and fixing errors in reports.
·Provision of accurate and current capacity forecasts.
·To be an advocate for the importance of correct data input
·To provide management reporting of daily, weekly and monthly activity.
·Calculate the optimum capacity settings within the scheduling system.
·Assist with the continuous improvement of the operation.
·A high level of numeracy and the ability to extract and analyse data in order to carry out forecasting and trend analysis
·The ability to use MS Excel and MS Access to an advanced level
·Experience of communicating the processes of complex analysis to an audience with varying levels of understanding.
·Degree in a mathematical or computing discipline including statistics.
·Movex, Cognos BI, Power BI, MS Azure ML and SQL Transact.
·Experience within a customer service environment, in a planning role and/or in a marketing/commercial
·High levels of literacy and accuracy
·A good geographical knowledge of the U.K.
