Delivery Manager required for a 6 month contract to join an insurer we are representing based in Surrey. You will be responsible for the implementation of company wide telephony / contact centre platform upgrade including delivery of a new user work bench and improving the customer experience.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running and have experience delviering enterprise scale telephony platform upgrades, preferably on Avaya.
Experience required:
* A proven track record in successfully delivering enterprise scale telephony platform upgrades and associated software
* Solid understanding of enterprise telephony architecture including ACD, IVR, CTI Integration, PCI compliance, voicemail, call recording, VoIP, work force management, APIs
* Matrix management (including Delivery Managers) of IT resources and business stakeholder
* Experience on Avaya / Verint applications would be a plus
