With all the talent they have in software, they need guidance and focus in order to complete product development work alongside the project based work. In this they are looking for someone who can spot an opportunity and motivate a team to work towards a common goal.
You will have a chance to put your flag in the mast for one of the most renowned companies within their field.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Management of the development team including line management of individuals
-Understanding development priorities and oversee the full development cycle
-Defining and developing the engineering processes and best practice
-Defining and continually improving software quality
-Recruitment and effective people management
-Liaising with Product Development and Architectural teams
The software that the business use is predominantly C++ and they use various Gaming Engineers but if you have experience within relevant technical fields and have led team, then please upload your CV as this could be the right role for you.
