ENGINEERING, MANAGER, PPM, MAINTENANCE
Due to continual growth, our client is now looking to add a number of hires across all three suites in their business and starting with two Engineering Managers to join their Bristol and Crawley offices.
As Engineering Manger, your key responsibility will be to develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, that meet the customers' needs and budgets.
You will work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimise results and improve quality of delivery, in line with Company and Customer requirements.
You will be tasked to manage, coach and develop a high performing Asset management team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
On top of this, you must have the following Qualifications and Experience:
·Relevant engineering degree is preferred, or HND, BTec Professional Level 5 Award or equivalent NVQ Level 5 qualification
·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
·Clean driving license
·Experience in material handling advantageous
·Experience in change management
·Experience in CMMS implementation
