iO Associates are working with an award-winning technology company to find a First line Support. The organisation are headquartered in one of the most impressive office spaces in Bristol and have had some fantstic results year-on-year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to ensure the organisations IT operations are running correctly and smoothly. This position will allow you to work predominantly on BAU, and touch on some interesting project work.
Role: First Line Support
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Parking + Benfits + Progression!
This position will involve providing first line support to over 150 members of staff, as well as for customers. This company is looking for someone with great communication skills and some technical know-how.
You will troubleshoot a variety of IT issues. Set ups of PCs, laptops and other equipment will also be your responsibility. You will be expected to provide an excellent level of service and support to users of IT services as well as escalate advanced problems to senior engineers within the team.
You will be providing first line technical assistance to customers, relating to both company-supported and military specification computer applications and platforms. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.
