Global Strategic Director - Sales - Software - London - £170,000
Who wouldn't want to define the entire strategic business plan, for the three most important accounts for a software company worth over $40billion?
A 45% bonus, a 14% pension and flexible working are within your benefits package as the new Global Strategic Director that complements a salary of up to £170,000 (depending on experience).
The clients you'll deal with are amongst the three biggest software consultancies in the world with a net worth ranging between $30-170 billion. You'll be writing the business plan and defining a strategy, which will directly influence sales, relationships and account plans.
On top of this you will bring in some fresh talent that will act as strategic partners for each account - Although, your responsibility will then also include driving their success and managing how they implement your business plan. Ideally each account will have 2-3 account managers who will embrace your vision of the future and have profitable & rewarding results.
This is very much a role that considers the 'now' but also looks to the future. "Where do we want to be in 6, 12, 24 months, and how will we get there?" is your number one question.
* Extensive experience in software sales
* Extensive experience in leading sales teams
* Highly skilled at managing complex accounts & high-level relationships
* Able to write and drive strategy and look into financial metrics
