Head of Business Applications, Financial Services, Permanent, £100-120k London
The successful candidate will manage a team of between 10 and 15 permanent and contract staff. The Head of Business Applications will also act as a Business Relationship Manager. Accordingly, professional experience of motivating others via strong interpersonal and management skills is crucial. Possessing knowledge of designing an information system will also be crucial. Furthermore, a self-motivated demeanour and attitude will facilitate strong working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
In no particular order, the skills and experiences of the successful candidate will include most, preferably all, of the following:
·Demonstrable experience of managing IT staff (permanent and contract)
·Experience in either the financial or professional service industry
·Dynamics CRM experience
·Excellent MS Office skills
·French language skills (advantageous, not essential)
·Information system architecture skills
·Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate
·Superior communication and interpersonal skills
