Head of Continuous Improvement

My client is looking for a Head of Continuous Improvement to the drive improvement activities across the production and engineering teams.
After winning the Institute of Physics best start up award, my client has undergone massive growth and are at the forefront of scientific innovation. They pride themselves on the quality and revolutionary aspects of their products.
You'll be developing the site wide improvement strategy championing change across teams and manufacturing procedures to deliver outstanding levels of performance and development.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be experienced at Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt Preferred), Degree qualified with a Physics related subject and previous experience in a role leading Continuous Improvement. You'll also be confident enough to give technical presentations to both internal and external parties.
This company is really going places and they are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who isn't afraid to make the big decisions when the time comes. This role requires 100% commit and focus day in day out and will require hands on shop floor level graft at times.
Creative and 'Out of the box' thinking will be advantageous in order to produce innovative concepts and solutions, whilst excellent communication skills and the ability to positively influence staff at all levels is a must.
