This is a senior role reporting directly to the Executive functions.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a changing environment, establishing strong processes and governance, whilst managing a team of 8 in a company with circa 900 employees nationwide.

The Head of HR will be responsible for the management and provision of a comprehensive and proactive HR function to Group Managers and staff. You'll coordinate all processes and functions that enable effective and responsive recruitment, development and retention of employees, with the overall aim of enhancing company performance. You'll closely manage all transactional processes (of administration and payroll) together with coordination of employment policies and internal employee relations issues, and to provide a stable employment platform in conjunction with senior staff.
Successful candidates will be/have:
Evidence of defining budgets and working within these to effectively prioritise activities
Evidence of adding value to an organisation through their approach
Proven experience of acting as an HR Manager/Director within a proactive organisation
Evidence of working collaboratively across an organisation
Evidence of ability to develop personal credibility at all levels
The role will initially be focussed on operational duties, and will grow into a more strategic role as the company develops rapidly over coming months and years.
