1st Line IT Support
Location: City of London
Type: 3 month contract
I am currently working for a London market Insurer looking to bring on a 1st Line IT Support for a 3 month contract. You will be joining the IT and Digital department and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service desk on a day to day basis.
The ideal person for the job?
·You will be customer focused
·Have proven 1st Line support/Service Desk experience
·A keen learner and passion for IT
You will be responsible for 1st line support and to manage the resolution of Service desk tickets in a polite and professional manner; continually providing excellent customer service.
