IT Help Desk / 1st Line Support
Salary: Between £18-24k per annum (Dependant on experience)
We are looking for IT Service Desk Analysts with proven 1st line Support experience who can offer excellent customer service skills, in particular those who can deliver updates whether they be positive, negative or indifferent amongst the ticketing process.
What experience are we looking for?
·Experience working within a professional and busy IT Service Desk.
·Excellent customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication skills.
·Ability to remain calm under pressure.
·Ability to work with people at all levels, and an excellent team member.
·Working experience of ITIL and ISO270001 processes and procedures.
·Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to a wide variety of technology, ideally including:
1. Document Management Systems (InterWoven)
2.Practice Management Systems (SOS Connect)
3.Case Management Systems (Solcase, LawSoft, K2 Blackpearl)
4.Digital Dictation Systems (Bighand)
5.Microsoft Windows (7, 8, 10)
6.Microsoft Office (2003, 2010, 2013)
7.Telephony Systems (Mitel, NuPoint, Redbox)
8.Mobile Telephony Systems (Blackberry Enterprise Server, Blackberry handsets
9.and Windows Phone)
