IT Service Desk Analyst -
iO are assisting a leading client in their search for a IT Service Desk Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with experience in a Service Desk role looking to progress their career.
The successful candidate must have a detailed knowledge of, and the ability to diagnose and resolve systems level user problems associated with, the following technologies:
·ServiceNow Management Toolset
·System Access Control
·Desktop Security Management - Symantec Endpoint Protection (Anti-Virus)
·Desktop Management Toolsets (Patching Tools, S/W Deployment tools, Desktop Build Tools)
·IP Telephony and Networks
·Telephony Services (e.g. PABX, ACD and Dialer technologies)
·Microsoft Office 2010/2013/365
·Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013
The successful candidate will also have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, have excellent communication skills, be customer focused and have an excellent telephone manner.
It is desirable however not essential to have ITIL foundation certificate, Microsoft Certification and knowledge of AS400 systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a crucial role within the IT Service area of the business, exposure to IT service and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain valuable experience with an insurance company.
