IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: West Yorkshire
Duration: Up until the end of the year
iO Associates are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join an insurance client based in West Yorkshire. You will be supporting a user base of over 4000 staff providing diagnosis and resolution to IT issues.
What will the position entail?
·You will act as a point of contact for phone calls, emails and service tickets regarding IT issues
·1st Line Support for software and hardware
·Log all calls
·Maintain a high degree of customer service
What we need from you?
·At least a year's experience working a busy service desk
·Strong 1st line support skills
·Excellent customer service skills
·Previous experience with Active Directory and Exchange
