iO Associates are looking for an experience 1st Line Support Analyst to join a busy help desk with a leading educational organisation based in Surrey.
What will the position entail?
·You will act as a point of contact for phone calls, emails and service tickets regarding IT issues
·1st Line Support for software and hardware
·Log all calls
·Maintain a high degree of customer service
What we need from you?
·At least a 2 year's experience working a busy service desk
·Strong 1st line support skills
·Excellent customer service skills
·Previous experience with Active Directory and Windows 7
