iO Associates are looking for a professional IT Service Desk Analyst to join a challenging and fast-pace service desk based in Bristol.
What will the role entail?
·The role of the Service Desk Support / Analyst is to log all incidents and requests
·Hardware and software installs and some off site work to support the team including continuous improvement Activities
·The position will include elements of first and second line support, mainly phone based but you will be required to deal with customers face to face on occasion
What do we need from you?
·Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues with little support
·Ability to perform software and hardware installations with little or no support
·Excellent communication skills
·Driven and eager to learn new technologies
