IT Service Desk Analyst
We are looking for a IT Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support via telephone, email, online case logging system and in person using standard support procedures aligned to the ITIL good practice framework.
Salary: £22-25k per annum
What does the position entail?
·Receive, document and resolve incidents and standard change requests, ensuring that at all times requests are handled correctly and the service offering is of the highest standard
·Investigate and troubleshoot complex user queries
·Hardware and software issues
What do we need from you?
·Proven 1st line support experience
·Excellent communication skills
·Strong technical understanding of IT
·Experience working in an ITIL environment
