What will the position entail?
·Provide telephone and desktop support to all users across the UK and Europe.
·Work with various teams and departments offering the highest quality IT service management
What we need from you?
·A few years' experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support position
·Excellent communication skills
·Experience using Microsoft technologies
·Experience setting up and managing desktop and Intel based hardware
·Experience with Active Directory
