Technical Support role
iO Associates are looking for an experienced 1st and 2nd line support analyst to join a team in a software house in the financial services sector.
-Investigating and resolving software queries
-Managing and maintaining tickets via Zendesk
-Report creation and maintenance via SQL
-Proficient in excel
-Experience with SQL
-Good Communication skills
-Professional telephone manner
-Good level of general computer literacy
-Willing to learn
-Happy to take direction
