APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST
£30,000 PER ANNUM
Application Support Analyst required for an award winning financial services organisation based in Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support of internal and external software applications, ensuring the resolution of problems.
·Receive, log, analyse and manage all incidents/requests
·Deployment of new releases and patches from the development team
·Resolve issues directly or by escalation to the development team
·Ensure that all users receive the best possible customer service
·Over 2 years' experience of bespoke software support using a helpdesk system
·Good understanding of MS SQL 08/12 including backup and restore processes
·Good understanding of MS IIS (Internet Information Services) v7.0
·Understanding of TCP/IP networking, MS Windows Server 08/12R2, MS SQL
·Excellent communication skills - face-to-face, over the phone, written etc.
·Excellent customer service skills - ability to understand and communicate issues effectively
·Right to work in the UK
