This role would involve technical support for the helpdesk and for applications, as well as requirements gathering for business analysis. This role has huge scope for up-skilling and training, giving you the opportunity to massively widen and deepen your skillset.
The ideal candidate for this role would have a strong background in IT Support, including ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, with some experience of Networking, experience working within a Financial Services organisation would be a huge bonus. You'd be working with key stakeholders to gather requirements, so any experience with this business element would be a great benefit.
