iO Associates are looking for a IT Training Manager to join their market leading professional services company based in Bristol City Centre. My client is among the top 50 professional services firms in the UK and they have recorded a massive turnover last year due to rapid growth. The company employs over 500 staff and has numbers of offices based nationally and internationally.
As an IT training Manager, you will work closely with IT client service manager with regards to management and development of IT training team and services, though is expected to work with autonomy to manage the day to day needs of the team. You will be identifying, leading and driving initiatives to improve the improve the quality of the IT Training service, keeping the needs of the Firm at the forefront of any improvements.
·5 years IT training experience and experience managing a small team preferably within professional services
·Advances knowledge of Microsoft Office
·NVQ in learning and development
·Experience working with learning management systems
·Experience of designing and delivering training using Webinar technology
