Lead Developer- £55,000-£65,000 - Ringwood
iO Associates have teamed up with one of the best energy organizations in the UK, and they're looking to get a lead developer on board.
Working in a variety of technically challenging environments including subsea terrain, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects and use the latest tech out there to achieve what's never been done before.
The role can be a 50/50 split between hands-on and leading the team, or if you're wanting to move away slightly from being hands-on, it can be a 70 (leading)/30 (dev) position.
We know it's hard to establish the particularly unique and exciting roles from scanning through adverts! So let's talk about what's in it for you…

Ingenuity and collaboration are their favourite words so getting software done well in a great working culture and team is their mission.
You would be heading up a team of 2 devs, with a view to grow the team to 6-7 developers over the coming year. They have an office of 50/60 people, in which there are currently around 20 devs in total, working in a very agile environment.
They're also extremely modern in the flexibility they offer you around working hours.
