My client is a global market leader in the development and manufacture of drug delivery devices. They provide pharmaceutical companies around the world with drug delivery technologies and development and manufacturing services. With over 800 employees and over 560 million devices manufactured annually they continually look to innovate and develop their product range.
They are looking for someone with experience of managing projects, bringing in new equipment, installation and validation of equipment, as well as being able to look at process improvement and change controls to ensure that they keep up with new and existing production demands and standards.
In addition to this you will be given the autonomy to take charge of your own projects and will be expected to achieve the outlined objectives in your own way, so a good level of initiative and leadership is required.
To be successful in this role you will be need considerable experience within a relevant manufacturing industry involving high speed automation assembly as well as an understanding of ISO13485, CFR820 and GAMP. Good communication skills and the ability to influence at a project level is essential. Additionally you will be educated to HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline and understanding things like PPM and TPM.
