MI Analyst | Healthcare | West Midlands
MI Analyst required for leading private healthcare service provider with offices across the UK and Scotland. This role will be based out of their office in Redditch. Reporting to the MI Manager, the successful candidate will be required to perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks according to priorities and schedules agreed with the MI Manager and business.
Responsibilities include but are in no way limited to demonstrating detailed knowledge of reports and data sources, providing support services to internal and external customers covering data analysis, data validation and technical guidance, and creating and maintaining documentation for all MIS processes and systems.
This role would be a great fit for an ambitious graduate or someone with 1-2 years commercial experience, looking to apply their skills to the Healthcare industry.
·Advanced computer literacy including experience of using MS Excel to connect to external data sources, constructing large/complex data sets and using Pivot tables to summarise the data.
·Ability to write T-SQL queries and stored procedures
·Experience of using BI tools to build and modify reports.
·Demonstrate the ability to apply data analysis principles to evaluate information effectively.
·Excellent problem-solving skills, be a logical thinker and have an analytical mind.
·Good communication skills; liaison with internal and external customers is a key part of the role
