Internationally renowned financial institution is looking to create a new role for a 'Global Microsoft Dynamics Administrator' to drive and support, install and configure implementations across new divisions throughout Europe.
The role will broadly incorporate three key areas - Service Strategy, Service Design & Transition and Service Operations. Within those areas you will be expected to complete a number of tasks including ensuring service strategy is aligned with business requirements, plan & coordinate maintenance operations, define delivery standards and manage 2nd and 3rd level incidents and request amongst other responsibilities.
The suitable candidate will have proven experience of the following -
-Extensive experience of supporting and implementing MS Dynamics CRM
-Certified Microsoft CRM Dynamics
-Excellent technical knowledge across all Microsoft technologies
-Excellent stakeholder interaction and communication skills with both IT and the business
-Self-motivated with excellent organisational and co-ordination skills
The suitable candidate must be prepared to travel across Europe when required. Additional language skills would be a bonus.
