Ideally, you'll be familiar with .Net & C#, and enjoy this tech enough to want to remain hands-on while also helping others- the role carefully balances the two responsibilities and you'll be trained at the pace which suits you best.

You would be joining the Composition Team, where you'll be creating programs in response to clients' ideas and objectives. Processing client supplied data for electronic communications are the core solutions you'll be writing.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who is either a mid-level developer who's looking for forward movement in 2019, or someone who has dabbled in being a team lead but wants a positive change of scenery, with experience in:
