Our client, based in North Bristol, are looking for an Office administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

They are extremely innovative and have created software that have revolutionised the industry, making them leaders in the communication field.

An opportunity for an Office Assistant has arisen to join their team in Mortgage Enforcement team.

Main responsibilities within this role will include:



* Invoicing and follow-up
* To support with administrative tasks
* Provide telephone support and deal with client queries
* Telephoning clients and third parties
* Preparing relevant papers and documentation for clients
* Assisting with the file billing

The ideal candidate must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and have the ability to work under pressure.
