Role: Office Administrator / Receptionist
I am working with a client of ours based in Holborn London that are looking to bring on board an experienced office admin/receptionist.
The team themselves work within the defence sector and produce software and hardware for the UK Government.
They're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to look after the front of house function, this will see you acting as first point of call for all visitors, ensuring phone calls are registered and forwarded correctly and general liaison with the maintenance team where anything needs renovating or fixing. The role will also see you carrying out day to day administration tasks such as booking flights and accommodation for senior managers, expenses and also keeping excellent records.
This role is ideal for a well organised and friendly individual who takes real pride in having a hybrid role and is able to carry out all tasks with great efficiency from friendly greets to helping the back office team with admin tasks.
