Role: Application Support Engineer
Innovative, healthcare technology company is seeking a talented and committed 2nd line Remote Support Engineer. You will support their PACS (picture archiving and communication system) solution, which has been developed to offer NHS and private healthcare providers cutting-edge and future proof image storage, sharing, display and reporting options.
You will provide a world class level of technical and customer support, in a challenging and rewarding healthcare environment. * Strong 2nd Line experience
* Healthcare Domain experience
* Strong SQL experience
* 2 Year's + Linux Experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle issues on the systems under pressure
* Scripting experience (Perl, Python, or Shell)
* PACS Support experience (Picture archiving and communication system)
