Programme Manager | London | Charities
We are working closely with an internationally renowned charity who are looking to overhaul and introduce a new ERP system.
They will need a programme manager who has worked for charities or public sector bodies previously on an international level. You will be needed to scope the initial project and manage resources and hiring to define and scope the current landscape and suggest a new solution.
They are on the lookout for a highly experienced programme manager who will be able to advise them from a business facing perspective on the below challenge;
The client has recently defined its business processes and has in place a number of client engagement tools and internal tools but their back office systems do not match-up to expectation. They are looking for a programme manager to come in and advise from an 'as is', 'to be' perspective on best result and practice for overhauling the back office (Finance, PM, HR & Procurement) systems and recommending an adequate solution from an enterprise perspective as to whether to build bespoke systems or an out of the box solution.
The role will require a programme manager with an understanding of current charities and public sector ERP solutions and someone capable of resourcing and suggesting a solution vs a consultancy.
This role will be part of a long-standing transformation project and would see you gathering and suggesting the initial requirements and then working with the c-level team and further BA's and PM's to complete the project.
