Salary: £50k per annum
iO Associates are looking for an experience Project Manager who will be supporting and developing strategies to enable recruitment and client service excellence and create innovative solutions and provide a platform for continuous improvement.
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
·Management of multiple implementation or improvement projects internally and for clients
·Support a client focused culture
·Defining project roles and responsibilities, creation of project documentation such as PIDs, Project Plans and RAIDs, tracking progress against plan, leading risk and change assessment, project assurance activities and project closure
·Work with stakeholders to design and implement solutions and provide bespoke consultancy to delivery strategies and project plans
What do we need from you?
·A solution driven Project Management and methodology experience/exposure
·Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes
·Experience delivering processes and specialist requirements into a large organisations
·A consultative approach with strong communication skills
·Strong relationship management skills
·Extensive operational recruitment experience
·Ability to analyse and identify trends
