Delivery Manager / Project Manager required for our insurance client on a 6-month initial day rate contract. You will be joining a large transformation programme anticipated to last until the end of 2019. You will be responsible for a workstream responsible for delivering operational improvements to the businesses contact centre capability. You will need to have experience with Management Information (MI) / Business Intelligence reporting or dashboarding and telephony projects (e.g. call centre, voice, IVR).
* Proven track record working as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager managing complex projects
* Management Information (MI), Business Intelligence (BI) reporting or dashboarding (eg SiteCatalyst would be desirable but not required)
* Identification / verification telephony projects (e.g., IVR, routing, voice)
* Experience managing a multidisciplinary team
* Experience working in either Agile / Waterfall
* Experience working in insurance, financial services or similar
